Orchard Place Receives $95,000 in Grants for Improvements at Residential Campus and PACE Center

Des Moines, IA – Orchard Place, a leading advocate for children’s mental health in Iowa, is thrilled to announce the awarding of two significant grants totaling $95,000. Both grants are generously provided by Prairie Meadows Board of Directors. The $75,000 Community Betterment grant will be dedicated to extensive improvements to the Club Chris Greenhouse at our Orchard Place Residential Campus. The $20,000 Youth Sports and Recreational Grant will be used for critical enhancements to the Christopher Gartner Memorial Gymnasium at Orchard Place PACE Center. These funds support Orchard Place’s mission of providing a safe environment for children and families to heal, find hope, be empowered, and build resilience to overcome mental health adversity.

"We are deeply grateful to Prairie Meadows for their generous support," said Candice S. Revita-Ramirez, Vice President of Development and Marketing at Orchard Place. "These grants will have a profound impact on our ability to provide healing and empowerment to the families we serve, with valuable opportunities for developing strong futures."
